RESOLUTION NO. 2022-200
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD TOURISM
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District {CTBID) Advisory Board Member Geoff Gray resigned on June 15, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the CTBID Advisory Board has one unscheduled vacancy without a term limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following individual is appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District Advisory Board, without a term limit, or until a replacement is appointed.
