RESOLUTION NO. 2023-025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION WHEREAS, Commissioner Joseph Stine was appointed to the Planning Commission in February 2019, to fill the expired term of Commissioner Jeff Segall, for a term ending in December 2022; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Stine is eligible for reappointment; and WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Planning Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Planning Commission, for a term ending in December 2026, to coincide with the term of the nominating City Council Member from District 3, or until a replacement is appointed.
