RESOLUTION NO. 2023-031
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BEACH PRESERVATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Robert Ingersoll was appointed to the Beach Preservation Commission in June 2021 to fill the expired term of Commissioner Jennifer Bradley; and WHEREAS, Commissioner Ingersoll resigned in September 2022; and WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Beach Preservation Commission exists with a term ending in June 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Beach Preservation Commission, for a term ending in June 2025, or until a replacement is appointed.
