2023 and 2024 Legislative Subcommittee Regular Meeting Schedule All
Recommended Action
Discuss and approve the 2023 and 2024 Legislative Subcommittee regular meeting schedules.
Discussion
Staff is proposing that the subcommittee shall meet monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m., beginning February 2023.
On Jan. 10, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2023-017 which states that Legislative Subcommittee assignments are confirmed for terms ending in December 2024, or until replacements are appointed. As such, staff is proposing the approval of regular meeting calendars for the years 2023 and 2024. The 2023 calendar establishing the dates for the regular Legislative Subcommittee meetings are reflected on Exhibit 1. The 2024 calendar establishing the dates for the regular Legislative Subcommittee meetings are reflected on Exhibit 2.
Next Steps
If approved, staff would work with the City Clerk's Office to calendar all meetings for the year and ensure proper noticing.
