North County Advocates representative Howard Krausz spoke on Item #2 regarding reaching a mutual settlement with the city.
CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:18 p.m. pursuant to the following:
