PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: City Manager Scott Chadwick led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENTATION:
Presentation in honor of 2022 Carlsbad Citizens of the Year Jill Uhley Rogu l and Brad and Beth Thorp.
Mayor Blackburn recognized Leslie Davies and Susyn Branfman with a Mayoral Commendation.
Mayor Blackburn read the contributions of Jill Uhley Rogul and Brad and Beth Thorp and presented them with a trophy in appreciation.
Following the presentation of the awards, attendees and staff adjourned to the City Hall courtyard for a reception.
