RESOLUTION NO. 2023-221
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD TOURISM
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement Di strict (CTBID) Advisory Board Member Tim Stripe resigned on June 22, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the CTBID Advisory Board has one unscheduled vacancy without a term limit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The following individual is appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District Advisory Board, without a term limit, or until a replacement is appointed:
