RESOLUTION NO. 2023-222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD TOURISM
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement District (CTBID} Advisory Board Member Robert Rauch resigned on June 26, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the CTBID Advisory Board has one unscheduled vacancy with a term limit of January 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The following individual is appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Tourism Business Improvement Di strict Advisory Board, with a term limit of January 2025, or until a replacement is appointed:
