RESOLUTION NO. 2023-249
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE HOUSING COMMISSION -
AT-LARGE MEMBER
WHEREAS, Commissioner Allen Manzano was appointed to the Housing Commission in December 2019 to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Kristy Randall for a term ending in July 2021;and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Manzano was reappointed in August 2021 for a term ending in July 2025;and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Manzano resigned in July 2023; and WHEREAS, an unscheduled vacancy on the Housing Commission exists with a term ending in July 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.That the following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Housing Commission, for a term ending in July 2025, or until a replacement is appointed.
