DEPARTMENTAL AND CITY MANAGER REPORTS:
1.PROCLAMATION OF A STORM-RELATED LOCAL EMERGENCY FOR REPAIR OF THE SLOPE BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND TRIESTE DRIVE -Adoption of Resolution No. 2024-032 ratifying the Director of Emergency Services's proclamation of a storm-related local emergency for re pair of the slope between El Camino Real and Trieste Drive. (Staff contact: Scott Chadwick, City Manager's Department) City Manager's Recommendation: Adopt the resolution.
Transportation Di rector Tom Frank presented the re port and reviewed a PowerPoint Presentation (on file in the Office of the City Clerk).
Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Bhat-Patel, seconded by Council Member Acosta, to adopt Resolution No. 2024-032. Motion carried, 4/0/1 (Luna -Absent).
