RESOLUTION NO. 2025-024
A RESOLUTION . OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING THE MAYORAL APPOINTMENTS OF MEMBERS
OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO THE CITY COUNCIL LEGISLATIVE SUBCOMMITTEE FOR A TERM ENDING IN DECEMBER 2026, OR UNTIL REPLACEMENTS ARE
APPOINTED
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 2.04.100 and California Government Code Section 40605 require that the Mayor appoint, with City Council concurrence, City Council members to various subcommittee assignments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayoral appointments to the City Council Legislative Subcommittee are confirmed for terms ending in December 2026, or until replacements are appointed:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Joint Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, and the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 14th day of January 2025, by the following vote, to wit:
