Davenport, Lorenzo v. City of Carlsbad, Case #37-2023-00046515-CU-WT-NC pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9{d)(l).

2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Vellandi, Ria v. City of Carlsbad, Case #37-2022-00020098-CU-PO-NC pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9{d)(l).

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9{d)(4).
