City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4).
Council Action: City Attorney McMahon announced that there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT: By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 25, 2025, was adjourned at 4:25 p.m.
