Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING INITIATING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to consider initiation of litigation of one case pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4).
