Council adjourned into Closed Session at 3:45 p.m. pursuant to the following:

CLOSED SESSION REGARDING SECURITY THREATS: That the City Council, by motion and as authorized by Government Code Section 54957(a), hold a closed session to discuss matters posing a threat to the security of public services or public facilities within the city of Carlsbad, including consulting with legal counsel and the following staff responsible for security matters:
