PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Cooper Cap led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENTATION:
Presentation in honor of 2025 Carlsbad Citizens of the Year Karen Pearson and Rosemary Eshelman.
Mayor Blackburn read the contributions of Rosemary Eshelman and presented her with a trophy in appreciation.

Following the presentation of the awards, attendees and staff adjourned to the City Hall courtyard for a reception.
