City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council hold a closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Callaway Golf v. City of Carlsbad, Case No.37-2021-00033797-CU-WM-NC pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1).
Council Action: No reportable action.
2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council hold a closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
TaylorMade Golf v. City of Carlsbad, Case No.37-2021-00033984-CU-WM- NC pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1).
