Subject Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Anticipated Litigation Recommended Action
That the City Council hold a closed session under California Government Code Section 54956.9, subdivisions (d)(2) & (e)(1), to confer with legal counsel regarding significant exposure to litigation – one potential case.
Any required report of closed session action will occur at the regular City Council meeting starting at 5 p.m.
