Mayor Pofter called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM.

ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item 1: Receive a presentation on the proposed Fiscal Year 2O22l23 Capital lmprovement Program and Five Year Capital lmprovement Plan, and provide direction to stafi.
City Administrator Chip Rerig, lnterim Public Works Director Fred Meurer, and Finance Manager and Acting Director of Budget and Contracts Robin Scattini provided the stafi report and responded to questions from the Council and public.
