Mayor Potter called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

City Administrator Chip Rerig led the pledge of allegiance.

ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item 1: Receive a presentation on the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Recommended Budget and provide direction
City Administrator Chip Reig introduced the item. Finance Staff Russell Morreale and Finance Manager and Acting Director of Budget and Contracts Robin Scattini provided the staff report and responded to questions from the Council.

Council discussion followed and provided direction regarding the FY 2022-2023 Budget.
