Mayor Potter called the meeting to order at 3:31 PM.
Roll Call: Council Members Baron, Ferlito, Theis, Mayor Pro-Tem Richards, and Mayor Potter were present.

PUBLIC APPEARANCE
Michael McWalters addressed the Council asking if the wireless application checklists will be available to the public in advance of the September 13 City Council Meeting.
ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item 1 : Resolution 2022-070 Designating Mayor Dave Potter as the voting delegate and Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Richards as the alternative voting delegate at lhe 2022 annual League of California Cities Conference
Public Comment: none.
Motion to adopt Resolution 2022-070 by Council Member Ferlito, seconded by Council Member Baron. Roll Call Vote: Council Members Baron, Ferlito, Richards, Theis, and Mayor Potter - yes.
Action : Resol ution 2022-07 O adopted unanimously 5-0-0-0.

City Administrator Rerig gave a brief summary of the item, stating that approval of this Resolution will appoint Mayor Potter as the voting delegate and Mayor Pro Tem Richards as the altemate voting delegate at the Annual League of California Cities (LOCC) by Council action as required by the LOCC.
