Mayor Potter called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item 1 - Resolution 2022-109 declaring the results of the General Municipal Election held in the City of Carmel-by-the-Sea on November 8, 2022; and the appointment of Mayor Pro Tempore for 2023
Mayor Potter appointed Bobby Richards as the Mayor Pro Tem for 2023.
Public comment: none
Motion by Councilmember Theis to adopt Resolution 2022-109, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Richards, and approved 5-0-0-0 with the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Baron, Ferlito, Theis, Richards, and Mayor Potter NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
EXTRAORDINARY BUSINESS
A. Remarks by outgoing Councilmember Carrie Theis
Councilmember Theis addressed the Council and public.
B. Administer Oath of Office to Dave Potter, Jeff Baron, and Alissandra Dramov City Clerk Romero conducted the oath of office for Mayor Dave Potter and Councilmembers Dramov and Baron.
C. Remarks by newly sworn Mayor and/or members of the City Council Councilmembers Baron, Dramov, and Mayor Potter addressed the Council and public.
