CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Potter called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.
Councilmembers Jeff Baron, Alissandra Dramov, Karen Ferlito, and Mayor Dave Potter were present. Mayor Pro Tem Bobby Richards was absent.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Mayor Potter led the pledge.

ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item 1 - Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Mid-Year Budget Report and Resolution 2023-025 Approving FY 2022-2023 Adopted Budget Amendments
City Administrator Rerig gave a brief overview of the item. Assistant City Administrator Gullo gave a presentation to Council and answered questions.
Public Comment:
Shirley Moon said there is an imbalance in the budget regarding adequate trash pickup on the beach, particularly during the last holiday weekend. Phil Finterman public spoke about the risk to Carmel for theft to businesses, especially jewelry retailers.
Council discussion resumed.
Motion by Councilmember Baron to adopt Resolution 2023-025, seconded by Councilmember Ferlito, and approved 4-0-1-0 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Baron, Dramov, Ferlito, and Mayor Potter NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Richards
ABSTAIN: None
