CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Potter called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Councilmembers Jeff Baron, Alissandra Dramov, Karen Ferlito, Mayor Pro Tem Richards, and Mayor Dave Potter were present.
PUBLIC APPEARANCES
Michael McWalters addressed the Council regarding the cost of drafting the Wireless Ordinance.
CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8: Property: Scout House located at northeast corner of Mission Street and Eight Avenue in the City of Carmel by-the-Sea Agency negotiators: City Administrator, Director of Public Works and City Attorney Negotiating parties: Interested Parties Under negotiation: Amount of rent and terms of payment of rent City Attorney Pierik read the closed session title.
