CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Public Improvement Authority (PIA) Chair Potter called the meeting to order at 8:54 p.m.
Roll Call: PIA Board Members Jeff Baron, Alissandra Dramov, Karen Ferlito, Bobby Richards, and Chair Potter were present.

CONSENT AGENDA
Item 1 - Resolution PIA 2023-001, authorizing the Public Improvement Authority Chairman to execute an Easement Deed granting a 10-foot wide easement in the Vista Lobos parking lot to Pacific Gas and Electric for installation of electrical facilities to power City EV charging stations No comments received or requests to pull consent agenda item for discussion.
Motion by Board Member Baron to adopt PIA Resolution 2023-001, seconded by Board Member Richards, and approved 5-0-0-0 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Baron, Dramov, Ferlito, Richards, and Mayor Potter NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
