CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Dave Potter called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
Roll call: Councilmembers Jeff Baron, Alissandra Dramov, Karen Ferlito, Mayor Pro Tem Richards, and Mayor Dave Potter.

Item 'f - Resolution 2024-013, Ratifying the Amended Proclamation of Existence of a Local Emergency due to the 2024 February Winter Storm Events
City Administrator Rerig gave a brief summary of the item, stating that the City Council must ratify a proclamation of local emergency within 7 days of the issuance of the proclamation. He explained that by ratifying the existence of a local emergency due to the February 2024 storms the City will be able to seek reimbursement funding for storm damages from FEMA.
Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Richards to adopt Resolution 2024'022, seconded by Councilmember Ferlito, and carried 5-0-0-0 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Baron, Dramov, Ferlito, Richards, and Mayor Potter NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
