SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Mayor Byme called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.
Roll call: Councilmembers Jeff Baron, Hans Buder, Robert Delves, Alissandra Dramov, and Mayor Dale Byme were present.
ORDERS OF BUSINESS
Item I - Reoeive presentations from the three recruitment firms recommended by staff for the City Administrator recruitment, select one firm, and adopt Resolution 2026-055 authorizing the Acting City Administrator to execute an agreement with the selected firm Public Comment:
None
Acting Assistant City Administrator Marisa Bermudez summarized the item, noting that representiatives from three top recruitment firms would each give 1S-minute remote presentations on their qualifications via Zoom. She explained that Council may ask questions after each presentation, followed by deliberation and final selection.
Presentations were received from Greg Nelson from Mosaic, DeTeddiAnderson from CPS HR Consulting, and Lauren Gerson-Greene from V\tsCP on their respective firm's recruitment approach, experience, and qualifications, and ans:urered questions from the Council.

Counciltook a re@ss at 2:36 pm and returned at 2:46 pm.
Council deliberated on the qualifications and methodologies of the three rccruitment firms. Council agreed that all three firms provided excellent presentations, and that it was difficult to select just one.
Motion by Councilmember Buderto adopt Resolution 2026-055 selecting and awarding an agreement to WBCP, with Wendy Brown as the primary recruiter, to conduct the City Administrator recruitment, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Delves and approved 5{l-0-0 by the following roll callvote:
AYES: Gouncilmemberc Baron, Buder, Delves, Dramov, and Mayor Byrne NOES: None
