Review of 2022 Goals and Presentation on Five-Year Strategic Plan Recommendation: To approve a resolution adopting the City Council Goals and Departmental Work Plans for 2022 and provide discussion and direction on a framework for development of a long-term strategic plan and the mid-year budget status report.
