At this time the City Council may announce any items being pulled from the agenda or continued to another date.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT
This is the opportun ity for members of the public to comment on any items not appearing on the regular agenda. Because of restrictions con tained in California Law, the City Council may not discuss or act on any item not on the agenda but may briefly respond to statements made or ask a question for clarification. The Mayor may also request a brief response from staff to questions raised durin g public comment or may request a matter be agendized for a future meeting. Public Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes.

Normally no action is taken on Study Session items, however, the City Council reserves the right to give spe cific policy direction and take specific action as necessary. Presentation will be limited to 10 minutes unless other provisions are made in advance.
A. Presentation - Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control Recommendation: There is no formal action required for this item. It is a presentation only.
B. Exploring the potential Uses of FY 2022-23 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds and a Con Plan update for the City Council's information, discussion and direction only.
Recommendation: Review the Potential Uses of FY 2022-23 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds and the
Consolidated Plan Update, presented for the City Council's information, discussion and direction only.
C. Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022A (Federally Taxable) Recommendation: This item is for discussion and direction only, no formal action will be taken. Should it be the desire of the City Council to move forward, there is an item on the Regular Agenda for consideration.
