Andrew Lee, Assistant Engineer, provided an overview of the recommendation to approve a Substantial Amendment to reallocate unspent prior year CDBG funds for the FY 2021-22 Annual Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Mayor Ernesto Gutierrez indicated that the Public Hearing was continued from March 9, 2022 and any additional individuals that wish to provide public comment can do so at this time, seeing none, he closed the public hearing and returned discussion to the City Council.
