Danielle Mead expressed her satisfaction with the professionalism of the Cathedral City Police Department. She inquired on what steps will be taken to ensure drones do not infringe on privacy rights. She inquired on how these weapons would be used on crowd control and what steps will be taken to ensure they do not infringe on expression of free speech. She expressed her concern with the posting of this public hearing.
Terry Applegate stated that the previous speaker addressed her concerns.
Mayor Ernesto Gutierrez closed the Public Hearing and returned discussion to the City Council.
