Dear Ms. Pressgrove:
Burrtec Waste and Recycling Services respectfully request a rate adjustment in accordance with Article 6 of the franchise agreement.
The change in the Consumer Price Index increased 4.04% for the service portion of the rates.
Once we finalize the SB 1383 rates, we will forward rates sheets incorporating the additional increase items as well as a Net Recycling decrease for 2021 recycling pricing.
The Edom Hill disposal rate will be going from $51.49/ton to $55.75/ton.
