A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Carnevale to approve the licensing agreement with SiFi Networks Cathedral City, LLC. to construct a citywide fiber optic network with the following amendments to section 1, Definitions of Terms, "Primary Premises", (iii) which should read as follows:
"if there would be an incremental material cost to connect such Premises would be at least fifty percent (50%) higher than the average cost of SiFi to connect Primary Premises with the Boundary."
