A. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY 2022-23 Annual Action Plan (AAP) Final Review
Recommendation: Final review of the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY 2022-23 Annual Action Plan (AAP) is for the City Council's review, discussion and direction.
Andrew Lee, Assistant Engineer, provided information on the following:
• Background on the Final Review of the Annual Action Plan • Grant Allocation Amounts for FY 2022-2023
• Public Services Funding and results of Subcommittee Review • Proposed Allocations
• Timeline for approval

Councilmember Raymond Gregory reported out on the subcommittee’s review process and their recommendations . He indicated that there was a subsequent request by the Senior Center, and after revie w, it would be their recommendation to possibly earmark the unassigned COVID funds or unused public service funds, when available, to the Senior Center upon their submittal of an application and qualification.
After discussion , it was the consensus of the City Council to support the proposed funding allocations , which will be brought to the City Council for consideration and formal action on June 22, 2022.
