After Council discussion it was the consensus of the City Council that further clarification of taxable areas for cultivators is needed before they adopt a resolution approving exemptions.
A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Carnevale to table the proposed resolution establishing an exemption to the cannabis tax for portions of cannabis cultivation space outside of the canopy pursuant to section
3.48.040 of the Cathedral City Municipal Code, for further discussion and language clarification.
