After Council discussion it was the consensus of the City Council that further clarification related to the exemption of the cultivation tax for non-operation, for 90 days, is needed before they adopt a resolution approving exemptions.

A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Carnevale to table the proposed resolution establishing exemptions to the cannabis cultivation businesses tax for non-operational cannabis businesses pursuant to section
3.48.040 of the Cathedral City Municipal Code, for further discussion and language clarification.
