I am writing in support of the “sign toppers” proposal.
As a managing director of the not-for-profit Agnes Pelton Society and an advocate for community building here in our historic Cathedral City Cove, especially through the Arts, I know from experience that simple actions like identifying a neighborhood and proudly naming it for a former street resident is invaluable. Anyway you look at it, the return on that simple investment bears enumerative positives.
