Councilmember Raymond Gregory indicated that he along with Mayor Pro Tem Lamb have interest in a property near this planned project area and requested that the City Attorney speak on the non conflict of interest.
City Attorney Eric Vail explained that there is a specific regulation in the Fair Political Practices Commission's regulations that exempt repair, maintenance and replacement, which this project falls under, and there is not a conflict of interest in this case.
Danielle Mead feels the residents in the proposed project area will greatly appreciate these improvements.
