SCOPE of WORK (Public Works):
Provide and install Gasboy Islander Prime Equipment.
Provide and install two (2) Gasboy Astra Pumps and Dispensers. Provide and Install New Hanging Hardware.
Install new above ground conduit and run communication cabling to each dispenser and Islander Prime. Provide and install AvaLAN Wireless Forecourt Access Point. (Power outlet and network hub provided by owner).
Start-up equipment and test for proper operation using AvaLAN and existing electrical wire. Provide instruction on new equipment.
Clean up trash and debris caused by our work.

Run new communication cabling in existing conduit to Dispenser and Islander Prime. Provide and install AvaLAN Wireless Forecourt Access Point. (Power outlet and network hub provided by owner).
Start-up equipment and test for proper operation using AvaLAN and existing electrical wire. Provide instruction on new equipment.

SCOPE of WORK (Fire Department Diesel Pump):
Provide and Install Gasboy Island Card Reader with 2 Mechanical Hose Control capability. Provide and install New Fill-Rite FR702VRU Cabinet Pump with pulser and line relay. Provide and Install New Hanging Hardware.
Run new wiring in existing conduit for power.
Install new above ground conduit and run communication cabling to pulsar and Islander Card Reader. Provide and install AvaLAN Wireless Forecourt Access Point, connect to Islander Prime at Gasoline Pumps. Start-up equipment and test for proper operation using AvaLAN and existing electrical wire. Provide instruction on new equipment.
Clean up trash and debris caused by our work.
Our Price for the Above Equipment & Scope of Work is: $134,578.35 Equipment: $79,783.20 – Sales Tax (8.75%): $6,959.70 – Installation & Training: $40,470.45– Freight: $3,865.00 – Permits: $3,500

NOTES:
1. Above price is based on up to $3,500.00 in permit and plan fees allowance (Additional fees will be invoiced if needed or required at cost plus 10% and time efforts of $95.00 per hour).
2. Above price excludes EKOS Fuel Site Module per site, per month fee. (Billed direct through Go Energies for $80.00/month per location).
3. Above price excludes providing or installing any Main Electrical Panels (tying into existing).
4. Above price excludes any/all additional Petroleum Equipment or Installation Work not specifically listed above.
5. Above price excludes any/all Repairs to existing defective Equipment (Fuel Dispensers, Flow Meters, Electrical Wiring, Conduit, etc.).
6. Above price is based on California DIR wage rates.
7. Western Pump will not be held responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, carrier, or any unforeseen events or actions.
8. Above price is based on utilizing existing electrical wires and conduit runs. If additional work is required do to blockage, Western Pump will be compensated at a DIR labor rate of $150.00 per man hour plus materials.
9. Western Pump, Inc. shall be compensated for labor at $150.00 per man-hour plus materials at cost plus 18% for additional work performed or delays caused by others.
10. Re-Stocking fee of 35% will be charged on all returns inside of 30-days.
11. Terms: based upon credit approval, 50% deposit, and balance due net-30 days upon receipt of invoice.
12. Quotation is valid until 5/14/22.
