Thank you for giving OMI the opportunity to provide a quote for your odor abatement needs.
OMI Industries has actively marketed and manufactured the Ecosorb products for odor control since 1988.
We are used worldwide and currently have our manufacturing site located in Indiana. Our clients include wastewater treatment plants, waste transfer stations, landfills, compost facilities, food processors, steel mills, foundries, chemical plants, paper mills, petroleum refineries, asphalt cement plants, fiberglass fabricators, many remediation sites, and tank cleaning applications just to name a few. We evaluate the client's needs and make the necessary recommendations to mitigate the nuisance odors that have been identified coming from the facility site anywhere in the world.
Our brand of Ecosorb products are derived from natural plant oil extracts, food grade emulsifiers and water to create products which are effective, totally safe to handle, biodegradable and harmless to the environment. We are USDA approved and all our ingredients are listed as non-toxic on the Canadian DSL, European EINECS, Australian AICS and the United States TSCA lists.
Ecosorb products are not masking agents. They neutralize odors on contact and chemically react with most malodors creating a neutral environment with no replacement odor. Ecosorb has been tested in several outside laboratories in order to provide relevant data regarding its effectiveness on various gases. We can provide our Engineering Manual for your review in PDF format. If you would like one, please let us know.
Effective odor neutralization is dependent on effective application of Ecosorb into the media containing the malodor. OMI offers a complete line of application equipment for all facilities anywhere in the world. We can customize the equipment needed for each customer. We design and build the equipment as required.

Includes: 7.5 Hp Blower, 12 GPD FMI Pump output range 0.1-12.0 GPD, Oil-less air compressor, push to prime, low liquid monitoring (Alert & Shutdown), Vertical or Rear Horizontal discharge [Specify when ordering] (8in pipe flange). Drum or tote connection [specify when ordering].
This system is capable of an ECOSORB output of 0.1 to 12 gallons per 24- hour period.

• System requires 480 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 Hz; 15 Amp Electrical Power Supply • Customer will be responsible to provide utility power source to the system.
System Location Requirements for 1200 CFM Vapor Phase Unit • System requires an area of 71” x 36” x 48” height. Weight is 930 lbs. • The system should be protected from heavy rain or temperatures below 32 degrees F.

Unit Warranty
Products manufactured by OMI Industries, Inc. bear the following limited warranty:
The seller warrants that the goods to be delivered will be of the kind and quality described in the proposal, purchase order, or contract and will be free of defects in workmanship or material. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within one (1) year after the initial date of delivery, the seller shall, upon notification thereof and substantiation that the goods have been stored, installed, maintained, and operated in accordance with the seller’s operational manual and standard industry practice, correct such defect by suitable repair or replacement at the seller’s expense. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products which the manufacturer’s investigation shows were defective at the time of shipment by the manufacturer. All products subject to this warranty shall be returned for examination, repair, or replacement freight prepaid to:

This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any warranty or merchant ability, fitness for a particular purpose or other warranty of quality, whether expressed or implied, except of title and against patent infringement.
Correction of non-conformities, in the manner and for the period of the time provided above, shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of the seller to the purchaser with respect to, or arising out of the good, whether based on contract negligence, strict tort or otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
Repair or replacement of defective products as provided above is the sole and exclusive remedy provided hereunder and the seller shall not under any circumstances be liable for special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits, or revenue, cost of capital, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims customers of the purchaser for service interruptions. The remedies of the purchaser set forth are exclusive and the liability of seller with respect to any contract, or anything done in connection therewith such as the performance or breach thereof, or from the manufacture, sale delivery, resale, installation, or use of any goods covered by or furnished under this contract whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liabilities based.
This is the only warranty on any OMI Industries product. No other writing, or description, in the literature shall be construed as a warranty.
Products manufactured by another entity (other than OMI Industries), bear the following limited warranty:
Seller warrants that the goods manufactured by others will conform to the description herein stated. No other warranty expressed or implied is made, and warranty of the manufacturer is hereby assigned and transferred to the buyer.
