RECOMMENDATION:
Make an appointment to the Planning Commission with a term continuing to June 30, 2023.
BACKGROUND:
The Planning Commission currently has one vacant seat with a term expiring on June 30, 2023.
DISCUSSION:
The vacanc y on the P lanning Commission was posted as required by Government Code 54974.
Staff received three applications for the Planning Commission. C ouncil conducted interviews during the Study Session Meeting on August 24, 2022.
Staff recommends the City Council make an appointment to the P lanning Commission to fill one vacant seat with a term continuing to June 30, 2023 based on the applications and conducted interviews.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact.
