Brad Anderson, expressed his opposition to the Closed Session Item and cautioned the Council to follow the law related to what is allowed to be discussed in Closed Session.
The City Council recessed to Closed Session at 2:35 p.m.
The City Council reconvened at 3:10 p.m.
Eric Vail, City Attorney announced that the City Council met in Closed Session to discuss threat to Public Services and Facilities pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 (a), there was no reportable action taken.
