A motion was made by Chair Thompson and second ed by Vice Chair Daley to adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council adopt Zone Ordinance Amendment No. 22-002 and Change of Zone No. 21 -001 and amendments associated with the adoption of the General Plan and Housing Element Updates and other mi nor text amendments to Title 9 ( Planning and Zoning) with the addition of inserting the definition of STVR to Title 9 and adding STVR as a permitted use to 9.24.030 RR Zone and prohibiting STVRs in 9.14.040 and 9.16.040 (R1 and R2 Zone).
RESULT: APPROVED [3 TO 0]
