Title: Receive and File Payment of Claims and Demands for September 2022

RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council acti ng in its capacity for the City, the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency, the Housing Successor Agency and the Cathedral City Public Finance Authority Board receive and file payment of claims and demands in the aggregate sum of $6,068,910 for the month of September 2022.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that in my judgment these demands were legally and owing by the City and/or the Successor Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency, the Housing Successor Agency, the Cathedral City Public Finance Authorit y, and the Cathedral City Downtown Foundation and the funds were available for payment thereof, and in all other respects, the demands conform to the criteria set for the in section 3.16.050 of the Cathedral City Municipal Code.
