A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Ross to appoint, in accordance with Section 2.04.180 of the Municipal Code, Rita Lamb to serve as Mayor for a one-year term through the Council meeting in December 2023; and to appoint Mark Carnevale to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for the same term.
