A motion was made by Councilmember Gregory and seconded by Councilmember Ross to express their intent to authorize the City Manager to negotiate and sign a contract for services prepared by the City Attorney in the amount of $19,500 with the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce to organize and manage the 2023 State of the City event, once the proposed contract is prepared and presented to the City Council for review.
