SCOPE OF WORK:
Furnish and installation of Cochrane ClearVu for this project. Below are details of our proposal.
PRECONSTRUCTION – (Included in the pricing below)
• All mobilization, badging, lodging, and per diem for Certified technicians to preform below scope of work • Provide Location specific submittal package to include product data, and CAD shop drawings and Assist Overall project Design group with Preconstruction plans and specs
CLEARVU FENCE SYSTEM: Mat. Package: $77,700.00 Install Package: $149,500.00 Total: $227,200.00 • 1200 LF Furnish and Install Cochrane 4’ ClearVu Fence System with anti-scale device (Includes all excavation, form work and Concrete for fence structural foundation) • 12 EA – 1’ x 1’ x 1/8” Laser Cut Steel Plate Design
PROJECT CLARIFICATIONS:
• PSG is a Certified WOSB, SDB, MBE, WBE, with a Safety EMR of .71 • CA Contractors Lic # 1000553 DIR # 1000024473 CUCP SBE # 44696 / CA DOT DBE # 44696 / CUCP WBE # 44696 / DCBA CBE # 089933 • Perimeter Security is signatory to Laborers Union.
• Price reflective of fence line at final grade prior to installation. • Price does not include any signage. All Signs to be installed by others or can be add cost. • Price reflective of fence being set after concrete curbing has been installed and before concrete median has been filled. • PSG will pour fence post structural foundations short 4” to allow for finish top concrete median to be poured by others. • Price reflective of spoils from excavation being disposed of onsite for GC to remove. Offsite removal can be provided for T&M Change order to contract if required.
• Price reflective of all concrete curbing/sidewalks/median/islands/bollards and asphalt patching work by others. • Price reflective of locates by others, and does not included any utility conflict associated costs in fence and gate lines by others. • Price reflective of engineering, testing and inspections by others. • Price reflective of clearing and grubbing by others.
• Price does not include any dewatering/hydro-vac. Will be cost add if required. • Price reflective of any traffic control by others, can be provided with additional information. • Standard Terms & Conditions Apply.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This quotation does not included equipment that may
be added by the authority having jurisdiction as a result of local code interpretation
• Perimeter Security Group llc. protect its lien rights on all work
• This quotation does not include any Temp fencing,
curbing, mow strip or , concrete or asphalt demolition, Surveying, Staking, Dewatering, any utility movement,
engineered stamped drawings, Jack hammering for
rocky soil conditions other know sub surfaces, Permits, Material Testing, Painting, Traffic Control,
environmental impact fees, General Conditions (toilets, cleanup, telephone, fax, dumpster service, etc) othe

than currently stated within this proposal.
• This quotation does not include payment or
performance bond costs, and any applicable taxes or
fees. Cost will be add to price if applicable.
• This quotation is firm for 60 days
• Price is based upon progressive billing of complet
ed
work that are paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. • We must be notified in writing within five working days of any damage to work of theirs by our forces or any
intent to back charge PSG for any reason, or claim will be dismissed.
• There will be no repairs of damage to work by others at our expense without our prior written approval.
• Insurance premium is based upon standard coverage
that includes additional insured endorsements. It does not include primary additional insured endorsements
• PSG will provide indemnity for its own negligence, but not for the active negligence of other parties.
• Due to steel runs, LEED Data is not available until the material is purchased. Material cannot be purchased
until submittals are approved.
