A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Carnevale and seconded by Councilmember Gutierrez to approve Special Use Permit #23-001 and allow the Tour de Palm Springs to utilize city streets within Cathedral City on February 11, 2023, and approve a sponsorship in the amount of $600 to cover the application fee.
