Robert Rodriguez, Director of Planning and Building, provided an overview of the staffing for the Development Services Department and provided an overview of the services and functions each division of the department is responsible for and the amount of time spent doing them. He provided information on some of the major accomplishments of each division and introduced their future goals and initiatives.
Danny Lee, commended staff for all of their efforts and accomplishments, especially related to STVR's. He also expressed how happy he is to hear what is happening with permitting and inspections.
Council provided comments and asked clarifying questions, which were responded to by staff. This item was presented for information and discussion, there was no formal action taken.
