Recommendation: This Item is for information and discussion only Esmeralda Garcia, Consultant with MIG, and Charles McClendon, City Manager, provided an overview of the proposed 5-Year Strategic Plan. The following points were presented:

Vision- Our desired future
Mission- Our purpose
